Weeks 1- 8: Qualification Period

The first eight weeks of the season comprises the qualification period. There is no head-to-head competition during this section of the season. At the end of week 8, any teams outside of the top 32 in the total points standings will be removed from the group. The top 32 standings will form the basis of the seedings for the forthcoming regular season competitions.
