League Rules
Scrap Heap Fantasy AFL consists of one leagues of 18 teams, each with a 2 week preseason before the 17 week head-to-head regular season. The schedule is that given on the Schedule page in each league at the Dream Team site. A win in a weekly matchup scores three points, a loss scores no points, whilst a tie scores one point. The top 8 teams at the end of the regular season qualify for the playoffs. The final regular season standings will be determined as follows:
- Points total.
- Tied teams will be separated by the aggregate of win/loss margins over the regular season.
- Teams still tied will be separated by the score from the regular season matches between the teams.
- Teams still tied will be separated by a comparison of their records against the #1 team in the league.
- Teams still tied will be separated by a comparison of their records against the #2 team in the league.
- Teams still tied will be separated by a comparison of their records against the #3 team in the league, and so on until....
- Teams still tied will be separated by a comparison of their records against the #16 team in the league.
- Random coin toss.
