* The golf league features several sub-competitions. These will be scored
using points scales D (KO tourneys), E (Grand Final), F (League Comp) and G (Survivior).
Managers will then be ranked on their total scores from the sub-competitions in
order to award points on scale B for the 2006 Championship.
